Tech Support Engineer
Fully Remote | Full-time
Company: A US-based startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with successful exits, backed by major industry investors.
Product: A decentralized AI compute network aggregating GPUs from around the world, a fast, cost-efficient alternative to centralized cloud providers.
What you'll do:
• Be the bridge between network participants and the core engineering team
• Triage and resolve technical issues: connectivity, configuration, sync, transactions
• Collect logs, reproduce bugs, write quality bug reports
• Improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows
• Participate in releases and post-release monitoring
