Our flagship product — an in-house trading platform — is offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. 🎯 About the Role We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and grow our partner network across the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region. You'll source, onboard, and manage affiliates working on RevShare and CPA models. 📋 Key Responsibilities ✅ Source, attract, and onboard new partners for RevShare and CPA models in MENA ✅ Build daily relationships with partners and prospect for new ones ✅ Process inbound partner applications daily ✅ Manage, support, and grow relationships with existing affiliates ✅ Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates ✅ Monitor affiliate activity to detect and prevent fraud ✅ Handle partner inquiries and provide timely support ✅ Initiate new projects to improve the affiliate program ✅ Attend internal/international affiliate events — meetings, conferences, business trips ✈️ ✅ Collect partner feedback and share it with the team lead ✅ Prepare and analyze reports 📊 🏁 Onboarding & Early Goals 🔹 Complete onboarding within the first month 🔹 Hit KPIs by month three (e.g., 250 FTDs + a set number of partners) 🔹 Work closely with the regional team lead ✅ Requirements 🔸 Mid-level+ experience in affiliate management 🔸 Fluent English 🇬🇧 🔸 Proven experience with affiliate programs in Forex/brokerage 🔸 Experience managing CPA/RevShare programs 🔸 Strong networking, relationship-building & sales skills 🔸 Arabic fluency — a big plus! 🇦🇪 🎁 What We Offer 💰 Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses (EUR/USD, paid directly to your bank account) 🌍 Fully remote, long-term cooperation ⏰ Flexible working hours 🚀 High autonomy in campaigns & technical setup 🛠️ All tools provided for comfortable work 📚 Corporate training 🤝 Friendly, supportive team where your decisions directly impact the product @••••••
