We at First - Connect are Hiring: Senior Data Scientist / Lead Data Scientist Location: Pune, India We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI to join our growing team in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ML models and AI-driven products - Lead and mentor junior data scientists on project execution - Collaborate with global teams to align AI solutions with business needs - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering - 6-8 years of experience in machine learning and data science - Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms - Proficiency in Python and big data tools such as Apache Spark - Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) - Hands-on experience with LLMs and OpenAI frameworks - Familiarity with NLP techniques - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Git-based version control If you have a proven track record of delivering AI solutions and leading technical teams, we would love to connect.
