Запуск в 2020 в Германии, есть офисы по Европе. t.me/•••••• Описание вакансии (EN): We're looking for a hands-on Senior DevSecOps Engineer to scale security in our fully cloud-native AWS environment. You'll evolve our DevSecOps practices, improve cloud & Kubernetes security, run vulnerability management, and perform security reviews across infra and applications. As we heavily adopt LLMs and build internal AI agents, AI-aware security is a core part of this role. What you'll do: Cloud & Platform Security • Continuously improve the security of our AWS and Kubernetes platforms • Strengthen IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network controls through secure-by-default policy-as-code • Manage edge security: traffic filtering, WAF configuration, external exposure management • Perform security reviews of new services, architectural changes, and platform components Application & AI Security • Embed automated security controls into SDLC and CI/CD (SAST, dependency and container scanning, policy enforcement) • Lead vulnerability management: detection, assessment, prioritization, reporting • Integrate automation and AI-assisted tooling to enhance security reviews and reduce manual effort • Define and implement security controls for AI infrastructure (gateways, MCP servers, model proxies) • Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data leakage, agent privilege escalation Tech Stack: AWS · GCP · Terraform · Kubernetes · EKS · Karpenter · Helm · GitLab CI/CD · ArgoCD · VictoriaMetrics · Grafana · Prometheus · ELK / OpenSearch · Jaeger · Istio · PostgreSQL / Aurora · Redis · MongoDB · Kafka · Python · Go · Bash · Ansible · Cloudflare Your Profile: • 5+ years in DevSecOps / Cloud Security • Strong hands-on AWS & Kubernetes in production • Security in IaC and CI/CD workflows • Cloud security fundamentals: access control, secrets, network security, encryption • Container & appsec risk awareness • Hands-on securing AI infra (LLM gateways, MCP servers, agent workflows); understanding of AI/LLM risks • Confident English, written and spoken Nice to have: scaling security in fast-growing/regulated environments; building internal security tooling from scratch.
