🚀 Enfint is seeking a Product Designer (Design Systems) | #вакансия #vacancy 📍 ONSITE DUBAI🏝☪️‼️‼️‼️ What You'll Do 💼 Design, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). 💼 Create consistent, user-centered experiences across multiple products and customer touchpoints. 💼 Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders within Agile squads. 💼 Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery. 💼 Define and document design standards, components, patterns, and best practices. 💼 Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products. 💼 Support product teams in adopting and implementing Design System components. What We're Looking For 💼 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field. 💼 Strong hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Design Systems. 💼Proven experience across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop applications. 💼 Deep understanding of the end-to-end UX and Product Design process. 💼 Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product squads. 💼 Strong collaboration and communication skills with product and technology teams. 💼 Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred. 💼Experience designing products for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) customers is a strong advantage. Nice to Have: Experience working in large-scale organizations with complex digital ecosystems; Knowledge of accessibility standards and design governance frameworks; Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and Design Tokens methodologies.
